Rachel Westenberg was born and raised in Green Bay WI. From a very young age Rachel felt a burning passion deep within her to fight for justice. Rachel is a community organizer by trade and ran a nonprofit organization, for over 5 years, where she organized on a local and statewide level to change systems of oppression including transportation, mass incarceration, mental health, and environmental justice.

Now the Strategic Communications and Marketing Director at We All Rise, Rachel recommits daily to further her anti-racism journey. She believes it truly is a privilege to walk side by side with her clients in their healing journey and respects that everyone's healing journey looks different. Being a deeply spiritual person, Rachel believes her work isn't just a job, but rather a calling; as no one is free until we all are free.
