How the Program Works
Referrals for families in need come directly from our dedicated team of advocates who work closely with survivors in the community. This process ensures that families who are in the greatest need can be matched with folks in community looking to support. Once a referral is made, our team carefully matches it with a donor, and a family profile is sent back to the donor to kickstart the gift-giving process.
How to Participate
To participate, we invite donors to fill out the form provided. Once completed, our team will reach out back with a family profile to ensure a perfect match with a family in need. Gifts or gift cards should be dropped off at our agency located at 430 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, by Friday, December 20th, 2024. We ask that all gifts be wrapped to maintain the element of surprise and excitement for the families.
