James McGee

 Director of Youth and Family Services

James leads We All Rise’s youth and family programming with dedication, heart, and a deep belief in the potential of young people. As Director of Youth and Family Services, he oversees culturally responsive, prevention-based programs that support youth development and family connection. James actively engages with youth and caregivers—building trust, providing mentorship, and fostering environments where Black children and families feel seen, supported, and safe. His leadership reflects a commitment to community healing and generational strength.

James' Story

James McGee (he/him/his), is the Director of Youth and Family Services at We All Rise African American Resource Center. James is a proud father, husband and a member of Joshua - Justice Organization Sharing Hope & United For Action, focusing on criminal justice reform. 

 

Working with the youth and their families at We All Rise has been a wonderful experience and it has shown him the strength and unlimited potential that our young people have. We will continue to support our youth and families on their journey.
