Compassionate • Experienced • Trauma-Informed

Dr. Randy Gage brings decades of clinical expertise and deep empathy to his role as Psychologist at We All Rise, where he provides culturally responsive therapy, assessments, and crisis intervention for clients navigating complex trauma. With a career rooted in supporting individuals and families who have carried the heaviest burdens, Dr. Gage centers healing in every session and supervises advocates with a steady, trauma-informed presence. His work spans corrections, public health, and community-based mental health, always focused on those historically denied the care they deserve. Guided by unity, humility, and hope, he believes that in healing together, we all rise.

Dr. Randy's Story

Randy J. Gage (he/him) spent his first 28 years in Milwaukee, WI. where he completed undergraduate studies at UWM before attending Nova University in South Florida for his graduate education in Clinical Psychology.  Thereafter, Randy worked very closely with both adults and children in a variety of private and public sector settings in the deep South before returning home to Wisconsin.  While in the South, Randy was introduced to psychology work in both medium and closed security state corrections settings.  Shortly after arriving home in Wisconsin, he began providing psychological services in WI. DOC where so very many clients presented with tremendous trauma issues and other clinical problems, often of life-long duration.  At this point, Randy has worked the majority of his career with individuals and families who have carried heavy, heavy crosses.  He has always been drawn toward working with people who present with very challenging histories who also have not received the psychological services which they deserved all along.

He is blessed with an outstanding and incredibly supportive wife of nearly 40 years and four wonderful step-sons, and their families who reside in a variety of locations throughout the country.  Randy loves his home state of Wisconsin and its many recent and long-time residents.  We all need each other.  We all have plenty to offer each other.  In unity, we all rise, and grow!
