All Seasons Transformation

A transitional living facility. For all men. Through all transitions of life.

All Seasons Transformation (AST) is a 49-bed transitional living facility for all men through all transitions of life. Our facility provides guests with a hot meal each evening. We are looking for groups, businesses, or individuals to donate and serve a meal on Thursday nights.

We have a wide range of ways in which volunteers are engaged in our work, and for those who have the love & gift of cooking to share that with our guests - this is the place for you. If you are interested in providing a home-cooked meal for our guests, please view the below information.

We have an electronic way to sign up for a Thursday night; whether you prefer to sign up non-electronically or have questions, please contact our Shelter Manager, Devin Tinnon, at devin@weallriseaarc.org or 920-770-9274.

  • Meal Preparation: Our facility does include a commercial-grade kitchen that can be used for the preparation of meals. Additionally, meals can also be brought in ready to serve. Food should be brought in containers that you can take back home with you or are disposable.

  • Please let us know your menu by including that information in your electronic signup. It’s nice to know to track our menus – it’s also handy for fellow cooks as we plan what we might bring. The staff and guests love to peek at it as well.

  • Quantities: Our facility has 49 beds and is almost always at or near capacity.

  • Serving the Meal: We ask that the meal is ready to start serving at 5:30 pm. If you bring the meal ready to serve, we ask you plan to arrive at 5 pm to set up. If you are preparing on-site, please coordinate arrival time directly with our Shelter Manager. We will ask those who are serving to wear disposable gloves while serving and/or touching food.

  • Milk, Plates, and Cups: Besides the meal, we ask you to bring the following:

    • 2-3 gallons of milk

    • 2-3 gallons of juice or a drink

    • paper plates, cups, and bowls- whatever is needed for your meal

  • Desserts: There is no requirement to provide dessert as part of the meal, though guests do enjoy dessert!

  • Clean Up: After serving from 5:30-6 pm, the meal support team will assist with clean up to ensure the space is left clean for breakfast the next morning.

Thank you for sharing your love with our guests through the meals that you create.
