WELCOME

Whether you’re arriving in search of care, connection, or clarity—you are not alone. This space was created for you. Here, healing is possible, stories are honored, and community is real.

Whether you're here to receive support, learn more about our work, or walk beside us in the fight for justice, we’re so glad you’ve landed here.

Our Vision

The vision of We All Rise is to create and help restore a vibrant African American community. Through uplifting, skill building, and intentionally targeting root causes of systemic oppression, we actively promote the healing of all.

Our Services

We meet people where they are—with dignity, compassion, and the belief that healing is possible. At We All Rise, we walk alongside survivors of violence, young people navigating life’s challenges, and anyone impacted by harm, injustice, or systemic barriers. From advocacy and mental health services to housing support and youth leadership, our culturally specific programming is rooted in the needs and brilliance of our community.

Explore some of the ways we show up for one another below.

1

Core Services

These are the heart of our work—direct, immediate services that anchor healing, restore dignity, and center survivor voices. They reflect our commitment to safety, wellness, and justice, while challenging the systems that silence and harm.

Including: Sexual Assault Services, Youth Services, Crisis Support, Clinical Mental Health Services and more.

2

Wrap Around Services

Our wraparound services meet the full context of our community—removing barriers and supporting stability through housing, family care, and essential access. This integrated model strengthens outcomes and prevents future crisis.

Including: GED®/HSED, housing, transportation, AODA support, peer-support groups, financial wellness, and more.

3

Supportive Services

These services uplift. They empower survivors and community members to grow, thrive, and reimagine what’s possible—from economic mobility to collective joy. When basic needs are met and emotional support is offered, long-term healing becomes possible.

Including: basic needs support, hygiene support, caring closet, mentorship, skill building and more.

Fresh from the Frontlines

Get a closer look at the work happening each day inside our agency. At We All Rise, the front lines look like safety planning at midnight, warm meals in new housing, and crisis response that doesn’t clock out. Here’s where we share what it’s like to show up for our community every single day.

Our Impact

Our numbers tell the story—of trust, transformation, and daily acts of care. This section offers a transparent view into the services we provide, the people we walk alongside, and the measurable ways We All Rise is creating change. We share our impact openly because we believe data should be as accessible as our care.
